Why an attorney

Not just a preparer

  • Attorney–client privilege on every conversation, unlike most CPAs.
  • Court-ready advocacy — admitted before the U.S. Tax Court, so no hand-offs if litigation becomes necessary.
  • Negotiation leverage on Offers-in-Compromise, levy releases and payment plans.
  • One advisor for tax and legal — S-corp elections, partnership agreements and shareholder minutes drafted under attorney supervision.
IRS problems, our five-step process

From notice to closure

  1. Compliance Audit – pull transcripts, identify missing filings.
  2. Immediate Shield – file Form 2848; the IRS contacts us, not you.
  3. Strategy Meeting – choose OIC, CNC or a payment plan.
  4. Attorney Negotiation – present legal and financial arguments.
  5. Monitoring & Closure – monthly transcript checks until the file is closed.

Problems we resolve: CP2000 and CP504 letters, wage or bank levies and liens, payroll-tax delinquency, six-plus years of unfiled returns, and more.
